We loved the comfortable beds in our rooms and how convenient it was to be close to a farmer's market.

The staff are efficient, managed the parking on site. The hotel is at 0.5 miles distance from the airport😃

Very central location of this low cost hotel was a bonus. I had enjoyable and immaculate room with a safe and a single large bed, as for instance. The staff were personable and courteous in case of questions.

Highly recommended for overnight stay, thoroughly enjoyed this place with its clean environment and super friendly staff.

The Inn was very clean, price was right and close to csu, Chico for our visit.

I read that the hotel had been recently renovated. It was nicely done and everything was new and clean. Complimentary breakfast right at the hotel is always a plus! I picked the hotel for the location. We were visiting Chico State & the campus was within walking distance.

This place is my go-to in. the employees here are super friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. It really feels like a warm and welcoming environment here. 😊

Great location right in the center, the breakfast was delicious with waffles and sausage, and they even had a quick check-in service! 🌟

This is the second time we have stayed at the Quality Inn in Chico. Again, it is in a very convenient location with regards to the University and each time we have found the room comfortable and the staff very helpful. My son had to take an exam and didn't tell us he needed 2 #2 pencils. I had one in my purse but at 7:00 am with a test at 7:30, I wasn't sure where I'd find a second. I asked the woman at the hotel desk and she found me a pencil and although she didn't have a sharpener, she sharpened it for me with a knife. I really felt she went above and beyond. I also love the location of this hotel as there is an excellent little ice cream/candy shop right across the parking lot that probably has some of the best ice cream I've ever had and we love to sit outside and enjoy the wonderful ice cream. With our son preparing to start Chico State in the fall, it's good to know we have a hotel we like and feel comfortable at.

There is nothing that we don't like about this hotel.

Free breakfast was delicious. Waffles, juice, coffee, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal.

The bed in my room was so comfy, I slept really well on it. Also, the food here was tasty, and there were plenty of options to choose from. 🍔

I liked the location. With the hotel being downtown I had easy access to everything I needed to do without having to drive.

There was a lack of parking and the room had a funky smell to it.

Really liked the ice cream establishment right across the street - the room was very clean and comfortable - the staff was very accomadating. If I were ever to visit Chico, CA again, I would stay at this Quality Inn.

The only thing that was a little lacking was the continental breakfast but it was really fine, just very small with not a lot to offer but enough.
